So, don't be shy, come to the services where a real welcome awaits you, get involved and come to the social events. Walk anytime with friends. Sign in at Customer Services Desk, walk your laps then note them down when you sign out.

Accompanied Prayer Walks or someone to walk with and have a CHAT with - available on request.
