Pilrig St Paul's
Pilrig Street, Leith Walk

Formed by the union of Pilrig & Dalmeny Street Church and Leith: St. Paul's Parish Church on 24 February 1999 .

Occuping a prominent site at the corner of Pilrig Street and Leith Walk, the church building is a well known landmark in the area. It was erected in 1843 on land gifted by the Balfours of Pilrig who lived in the nearby Pilrig House.

Following on from the publication in 2002 of a specially commissioned Development Report entitled, "Looking In - Looking Out", written by George Reiss, groups within the congregation are presently considering various aspects of the report, covering worship, youth, pastoral care, welcome outreach and buildings.

The goal of all this work is, over the next 5 years, to significantly develop our links with the community and people living around the church.
